39-year-old Luise Simonsen Raine comes from a position as CCO at Zentura, where she has had commercial responsibility for the company’s software and consultancy business for the past three years. As CCO, she has worked with IT and software development for the past six years. One of her strengths is her considerable real estate industry knowledge. Among other projects, she has helped develop operating software for real estate companies such as EDC, Home, Colliers, and Nordea. She has also worked with software from other providers within the industry.

The company has developed software products, FlexProperty, Yavica Data Management and Loan Management – real estate components for Microsoft’s standardised business systems that are uniquely tailored to a country’s specific legislation and regulations, for example, rent regulation.
