Bo joins YAVICA in a new role, Director of Support Services, bringing crucial experience in building and implementing exceptional customer and partner support services on a global scale.

“Bo’s expertise will keep us ahead of the curve, enabling us to be a solid partner to our clients throughout their development journeys. With a stronger support organization, we will help clients better leverage our platform to optimize their daily operations now and, in the future,” says Ditte Ruud, COO

Just two months into his new role, Bo has already set the strategic direction for YAVICA’s support services:

In response to the exceptionally high demand in the Nordic region, Gabriella has been appointed as the Director of Services, Nordics. Gabriella brings with her more than 16 years of experience, including 12 years in the IT industry. 

Her presence ensures YAVICA maintains and elevates client and partner relationships in the Nordics, reflecting the company’s commitment to professional service delivery in the region. With her Swedish-Norwegian background, Gabriella brings cultural, market, and linguistic talents that are key to unlocking the potential in these markets.

Having successfully led customer relations departments, Gabriella is passionate about enhancing the customer experience and overall satisfaction. Drawn to YAVICA by its commitment to excellence and the dynamic, decision-making environment, she states:

Jeanette joins YAVICA in a new position as Human Resources Manager, bringing 20 years of experience in HR within the IT industry, the last 13 of which were spent at Microsoft partner, Columbus. With a strong background in scale-ups and international expansion, Jeanette is well-equipped to further strengthen the company’s HR capabilities and mission to attract and retain the best talent.

With 20 years of experience in software, including 15 years in real estate, Michelle has a profound understanding of YAVICA’s industry, markets, and products. Her role will involve connecting various layers, ensuring alignment across the growing product portfolio, and detailing the strategic direction for YAVICA’s products.

About her motivation for joining YAVICA, Michelle states, “I’ve worked with YAVICA before, from the client side, and I’ve always been impressed by the capabilities and further potential of its products. I wanted to be a part of that journey.”
