From his position as Senior Project Manager, Jim will transition to a more tactical role with responsibilities for leading the company’s regional office and driving operational excellence as the company continues to expand its global presence. Jim will continue as a Senior Project Manager on current projects but will phase out as they finish.  

“We’re closely monitoring our pipeline development, and to maintain excellent delivery in all future projects, we’ve found it necessary to double our UK team within the next year. Jim has enormous expertise and experience from driving successful projects with us, so it was natural to promote him as Head of Operations,” says Ditte Ruud, COO of YAVICA.  

Jim has many years of experience in the cross field between Real Estate and ERP implementations, working in various project manager roles for CBRE, Industrial REIT, Hitachi, and Savills prior to joining YAVICA.
