YAVICA hires prominent industry veteran, David Oates, to support rapid growth in UK

Following a successful launch in the UK market, real estate software provider YAVICA announces key sales hire to continue its growth trajectory in the market.

YAVICA opened its offices in London just 18 months ago, yet it already has a strong client portfolio that includes Landsec, Industrials REIT, Workspace and more. The Copenhagen-based Proptech company is gaining ground quicker than anticipated and is therefore strengthening its local sales presence with seasoned industry expert, David Oates.

Oates brings over 30 years of experience from the real estate technology ecosystem, including 20 years in CRO and Vice President positions at leading real estate software companies such as Coyote Software, Argus Software Solutions (acquired by Altus Group) and PRODA LTD.  

Of his new role as Head of Business Development in the UK, Oates says, “I’m passionate about growth and YAVICA is at a great position that ticks the box for me.”
He continues, “I also love YAVICA’s value proposition: The real estate market needs a single source of truth that is cloud based and easy to deploy and maintain.
