How to get there:

✓  Walking distance from the Central Station (Hovedbanegården) to the Tivoli hotel, if you arrive by train or metro, between 15 to 20 minutes
✓  Taxi from the Copenhagen Airport to the Tivoli hotel, between 15 to 30 minutes depending on traffic

✓  Buses: Bus 7A goes from right across the street and stops at Copenhagen Central Station.
✓  S train: On tracks 11 and 12 at Copenhagen Central Station as well as at Nørreport and Østerport you can take a local train (S train) that will take you to Dybbølsbro Station – from here is a 5 minute’s walk to Tivoli Congress Center.
 
Parking at Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center
A large, video-monitored public carpark is available on-site with space for 500 vehicles. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. Rates: DKK 60/hour or DKK 295/day
If the carpark is full, nearby alternatives include:

✓  Apcoa (Kalvebod Brygge): ~100 m away

✓  Fisketorvet Mall: First 2 hours free, ~500 m away

✓  DGI-Byen: ~1 km away via Ingerslevgade

Ditte Ruud

COO

Ditte Ruud, COO at YAVICA, is one of the few originals from when FlexProperty was a new CGI innovation; as a senior consultant, Ditte led process optimizations, change management and implementations of FlexProperty through CGI. 

Driven by a passion for improving operations through technology and a strategic focus on team dynamics, Ditte joined CEO Mads Pihl Sørensen in taking FlexProperty to the next level through YAVICA in 2017. 

Ditte has further real estate operations know-how from her time as Controller, Senior Officer at Aberdeen Asset Management. 

Jacques Mattioli

CFO

Jacques Mattioli, CFO at YAVICA, brings over two decades of financial expertise deeply rooted in IT project delivery. His career began at Logica in the UK, advancing through senior finance roles that included significant IT implementations and ERP integrations for CGI in Norway and Denmark. Later, as CFO for Northern Europe at Experian, he managed operations across multiple countries. 

At YAVICA, Jacques is focused on shaping financial strategies that support the company’s ambition to modernize the real estate sector with innovative technology solutions. His pragmatic approach to leadership and deep market knowledge enable him to align financial performance with YAVICA’s expansion goals, ensuring efficiency and sustained growth.

Luise Simonsen Raine

Chief Commercial Officer, YAVICA Products

Luise Simonsen Raine, as the CCO at YAVICA, leads the commercial strategy with a strong focus on enhancing client relationships and driving business growth. Since November 2022, Luise has applied her extensive experience from previous roles, including significant positions at Permido and Zentura, to elevate YAVICA’s market presence.

Her background in real estate, exemplified by her work at Maivi Herup and place2live, gives her a deep understanding of the industry’s dynamics. Additionally, she is actively involved in IAMCP Denmark, demonstrating her commitment to fostering innovation and delivering excellence as a Microsoft partner.  

Rie Lindgren

Marketing Director

Rie Lindgren brings 20 years of experience in global marketing roles at renowned brands such as Microsoft, Symantec, SimCorp, and Experian.

At YAVICA, Rie focuses on creating a strong, memorable brand across the UK, North America, and MEA and scaling the marketing team as the business grows and new opportunities arise.  

Per Baarsøe Jørgensen

CTO

Per Baarsøe Jørgensen, CTO at YAVICA, brings over three decades of ERP system development expertise, including nearly two decades at Microsoft, where he contributed significantly to the evolution of Microsoft Dynamics AX. His deep experience at Microsoft ensures that YAVICA’s solutions are innovative and deeply embedded with Microsoft technologies. Per’s career began with developing finance and inventory systems, and over the years, he significantly shaped ERP solutions across industries such as publishing and real estate. 

At YAVICA, Per is known for his adaptive and pragmatic leadership style. He focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that meet the complex needs of today’s businesses. His approach ensures that YAVICA is ready to address any challenge with flexibility.

Henrik Danielsen

Partner Product Manager, FlexProperty

Henrik Danielsen is the founding father of our FlexProperty solution. He’s been the product manager since the first line of code, back when it was a CGI product.

As Partner Product Manager at YAVICA, he still leads the development and strategy of FlexProperty, although now there is a large team under him. His unique ability to spot and translate needs from commercial and residential real estate companies into product features drives YAVICA’s ability to deliver superior solutions. 

Tracey Frazzetta

Managing Director, North America

Tracey is a CPA that brings over 30 years of experience in accounting and real estate operations.

Her 23-year tenure at Tishman Speyer deepened her expertise in real estate finance, asset management, and technology, as she held a key change management role during their Dynamics and FlexProperty implementation. At YAVICA, Tracey’s profound understanding and experience make her the perfect candidate to lead North American real estate companies to the same level of excellence.
