YAVICA appoints Nadim Stub as VP Strategy & Value
As real estate organisations continue to rethink the role of technology in driving portfolio value, YAVICA is strengthening its strategic leadership to support this shift.
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Nadim Stub as VP, Strategy & Value, based at YAVICA’s headquarters in Copenhagen.
Nadim brings more than twelve years of experience across real estate, digital strategy, and platform development. He founded PropTech Denmark, building it into a leading proptech community in the Nordics. Prior to joining YAVICA, he served as Group Vice President at DEAS Group, where led corporate development, digital innovation, and strategic partnerships.
In his role at YAVICA, Nadim will work across customer experience, ecosystem strategy, and commercial innovation. The role is designed to connect how customers engage with the platform, how YAVICA’s partner and technology ecosystem supports that, and how new delivery models can expand access to the platform.
