YAVICA strengthens product operations with the appointment of Matt Benton
As YAVICA continues to scale its product organisation and advance its global growth ambitions, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Benton as Head of Product Operations.
In this role, Matt is responsible for strengthening the operational backbone that supports YAVICA’s product teams – improving processes, quality, and the predictability of releases. His focus is on creating the clarity and structure that allows teams to spend more time on what matters most: delivering customer and business value.
Matt brings extensive experience at the intersection of product and delivery within the real estate and property technology space. His career has been built on understanding how people use systems and why, giving him genuine domain knowledge that extends beyond operational expertise. Most recently, he held a senior role at Trace Solutions, and across his career has consistently worked at the point where product ambition meets customer delivery reality.

As Head of Product Operations, Matt’s initial focus will be on listening and building a clear picture of how the team works today, working alongside the team to identify where he can add the most value. Early priorities include improving cross-team visibility, strengthening product delivery coordination, and ensuring YAVICA’s processes are built to scale as the organisation grows. His strength lies in seeing the whole system – how teams, tools, processes and people connect – and working with people to move forward with purpose.
