FlexProperty’s November 2025 release lays a flexible foundation for the future
The FlexProperty Product team is proud to announce our quarterly FlexProperty release for November 2025, bringing ongoing improvements to D365 FO and CE for Real Estate.
This release showcases our commitment to futureproof, flexible design that will grow with our customers’ needs. The long-awaited Enhanced Indexation introduces a standardised indexation framework for increasing everything from rent to service charge caps, with a consistent methodology and clear calculation steps.
A new flexible foundation for lease line creation in our CRM supports the creation of even more complex contracts from inquiries, including advanced options like step rent and indexation, and laying the groundwork for future enhancements.
We’ve also aligned with Microsoft’s own flexible approach, borrowing the concept of Attributes: dynamic, user-defined data fields already available in some standard Dynamics modules. When added to Properties, Floors or Units, they let our customers define, capture, and track their own data points, without the need for customisation.
Attributes can be used for anything from energy rating to ceiling height, with integration support coming in the next release. They’re designed as a foundational feature that can be applied to almost any FlexProperty element in the future, like contracts or stakeholders.
