FlexProperty’s August 2025 update continues our commitment to quality
The FlexProperty Product team is proud to announce our quarterly FlexProperty release for August 2025, bringing ongoing improvements to D365 FO and CE for Real Estate.
This release has included a strong focus on finalising major preview features like Property Tax Allocation, Advanced Indexation, and Advanced Accruals. We continue our commitment to deliver complex new functionality in a phased preview approach that empowers our customers to give early feedback on the new features as they’re being developed. We’ve also included some great time-saving enhancements:
- You can now view vendor invoices on lease lines originating from direct recharges;
- You can create late fees as lease lines automatically from collection letters;
- Split units now inherit standard prices from the original unit.
With this release, we’ve also formally announced our new proactive backporting strategy, which supports our customers with more choices in upgrade cadence. We maintain our standard schedule of five cumulative update (CU) windows within a release cycle, but will focus the first three on current release feedback, and then the last two on backporting key fixes to the two prior releases. In this way, we balance the needs of customers eager to adopt the latest and greatest features at the earliest opportunity with the needs of those who would prefer to remain on their current release for longer.
