Weerts Group, a rapidly expanding European company operating across supply chain, motorsport, energy, and commercial real estate, needed a scalable and integrated real estate management system. With operations spanning seven countries and a fast-growing commercial real estate portfolio, financial and operational complexity was increasing. Managing over 100 legal entities, ensuring cross-border compliance, and keeping up with fast-paced expansion required a centralised and automated approach.

Scaling real estate operations with a strong foundation
With more than 1 million square metres of logistics and commercial real estate already developed and another million in the pipeline, scaling effectively required a system that could streamline operations, centralise data, and provide complete financial oversight. The previous setup worked well for Belgium, but it lacked the flexibility to support growth in multiple countries.

A key priority for Weerts Group was consolidating disperate financial and operational data into a single platform. Managing over 100 entities and many stakeholders across multiple locations meant financial reporting, lease administration, and compliance tracking were becoming increasingly complex. Weerts Group needed a single, centralised platform to replace fragmented systems and manual consolidations.
