YAVICA is gaining serious ground in the European real estate market as more companies are seeing the competitive opportunities offered by the powerful duo of Microsoft Dynamics and YAVICA FlexProperty. The strong pipeline has led YAVICA to take proactive measures in its delivery services:
Culture, ethics, quality, language, and geographic advantages are key drivers for placing a new delivery center in South Africa.

South Africa is already a part of our DNA thanks to the many highly skilled people at our headquarters in Copenhagen, so we’re confident that this is the right move for YAVICA,” says COO, Ditte Ruud.
Newly appointed market director, Rhyno Adendorff, is already a familiar face in the halls of YAVICA. As an ex-partner and solution architect at the South African consultancy firm Kiira Consulting, Rhyno has already collaborated with YAVICA on 5 projects over the past 2 years.
“It is a unique opportunity for us that Rhyno is becoming our market director in South Africa. Our history as collaborating partners through KIIRA Consulting means he has in-depth technical expertise on YAVICA products. Combined with a strong business understanding and shared values, this was an easy choice for YAVICA,” says COO, Ditte Ruud.
Rhyno Adendorff started his career as a programmer for another Danish product that was acquired by Microsoft. He stayed in the Microsoft AX/Dynamics eco-system and later held positions as development manager, functional consultant, and most recently, as solution architect through his consultancy firm, KIIRA Consulting. In 2018, he graduated with an MBA and is now ready for new challenges.
– “The real estate industry stands at the cusp of an exciting technological development that I’d like to take part in, and I believe YAVICA’s products are game changers. I also see a pool of skills that has outgrown the current ERP suppliers in South Africa, so bringing YAVICA to the table will undoubtedly catch the attention of the best resources in this region. On top of that, YAVICA has a culture and level of quality that resonate with my personal values, so it was also an easy choice for me,” says Rhyno Adendorff.
Besides scaling its delivery capacity to serve existing clients and partners better, the new office also marks the beginning of YAVICA’s growth mission in the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
– “There is a great market opportunity in this region, as the real estate industry has matured towards digital transformations in recent years. This has created the right conditions for significant disruption,” says Rhyno Adendorff.
YAVICA is already serving clients and partners in the region, but establishing more local partnerships with Microsoft and Microsoft implementation partners will be the first step in growing the business in MEA even further.
