Mads’s journey through the financial and tech landscapes of real estate equips him with a deep understanding of the industry’s needs and challenges. His leadership is not just about advancing technology; it’s about advancing the entire real estate ecosystem.
With a passion for commercial real estate and real estate tech, David Oates, CRO at YAVICA, is a catalyst for sustainable growth in challenging markets. David has driven impressive growth metrics in various software and services businesses, exemplifying his capacity for scaling operations effectively. His roles have included leading a 300% increase in NNMRR at Conga and spearheading 120% revenue growth across EMEA and APAC at Argus.
At YAVICA, David continues to apply his extensive experience, focusing on delivering outcomes that surpass goals through a strategic mix of transparency, talent development, and leadership in high-growth environments.
Luise Simonsen Raine, as the CCO at YAVICA, leads the commercial strategy with a strong focus on enhancing client relationships and driving business growth. Since November 2022, Luise has applied her extensive experience from previous roles, including significant positions at Permido and Zentura, to elevate YAVICA’s market presence.
Her background in real estate, exemplified by her work at Maivi Herup and place2live, gives her a deep understanding of the industry’s dynamics. Additionally, she is actively involved in IAMCP Denmark, demonstrating her commitment to fostering innovation and delivering excellence as a Microsoft partner.
Henrik Danielsen is the founding father of our FlexProperty solution. He’s been the product manager since the first line of code, back when it was a CGI product.
As Partner Product Manager at YAVICA, he still leads the development and strategy of FlexProperty, although now there is a large team under him. His unique ability to spot and translate needs from commercial and residential real estate companies into product features drives YAVICA’s ability to deliver superior solutions.
As Product Manager for our integration with Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform, Jesper Pihl Jensen brings extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, enhancing the company’s property management solutions. His role involves applying analytical skills and deep knowledge in CRM, CMS, and business intelligence to refine real estate technology services.
With a solid background from previous roles at LEGO and eBay, Jesper excels in developing and integrating sophisticated systems. At YAVICA, he focuses on technological innovation, ensuring seamless integration and optimization between FlexProperty and Dynamics 365 CE.
