FlexProperty’s February 2026 release prioritises performance and usability
The FlexProperty Product team is proud to announce our quarterly FlexProperty release for February 2026, bringing ongoing improvements to D365 FO and CE for real estate.
Our product roadmap theme for 2026 is Product Quality, and our first release of the year has a strong focus on quality-of-life improvements for performance, usability, and efficiency. Enhancements include further automation of the required securities process, batch processing added to many more journals, a facelift for fee contracts, bulk updating of tax transactions, multicompany processing for vacancy contracts, and improved support for area-based standard prices in CE.
We are also happy to announce that we now support using our detailed transaction posting feature together with Microsoft’s Conditional VAT/sales tax feature. There’s a growing preference to recognise tax on revenue at the point of invoice settlement, and you can now do so while still being able to settle individual invoice lines.
